Cancellation and No-Show Policy
As an Independent Barber Shop, our Barbers and Stylists personal and professional income is based solely upon the Barber services provided to you. When clients are late, it can impact their service and possibly other clients with appointments after yours.
While we understand that circumstances may arise, should you need to cancel or postpone, kindly call the shop (1-2 hours prior), and notify us of the situation. This allows us to accommodate any walk-in business that might otherwise be turned away.
